Added help :)

With all the new stuff that has been added to this blog I thought that it might be a little confusing and frustrating if you can't find what you're looking for, so as a solution I added a list on either side of the posts section that is sort of like a contents to what is on that side. Also, I have put the Search bar at the top. Please comment on this as I would like feedback as to if you thought this was helpful. Thanks a gerbillion! (;
